Katherine Waldron is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages, including preteens, teens, and adults. With extensive experience in addressing issues such as ADHD, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety, she adopts a compassionate and evidence-based approach in her therapeutic practice. As an LGBTQIA+ allied therapist, Katherine creates a safe and inviting environment for all clients, utilizing methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused modalities. A survivor of childhood trauma herself, Katherine is a Certified Trauma Professional who understands the importance of safety and empowerment in the therapeutic process. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, her mission at Rebellious Therapy is to help clients recognize their strengths and cultivate self-love on their journey to healing.
