The Backpacks of Hope Program, part of Esther's Heart for Transformation Ministry, is dedicated to addressing food assistance needs for youth in Concord, NC, and surrounding areas. We understand the challenges faced by families in the Mecklenburg and Cabarrus County School Systems, and our mission is to provide essential meals that support children's health and well-being over the weekend. Our program ensures that young people receive bags of nutritious food, fostering confidence and stability during tough times.
