Jill Hensdale Shipp, MSW, LCSW, is a compassionate clinical social worker and therapist with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field in Charlotte. She specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate marital stresses, parent-child conflicts, and the complex emotions surrounding grief and loss. Jill believes that having an objective listener can be instrumental in processing these stressors effectively. By examining past and current relationships, clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and can make informed choices about their life’s direction. Her extensive experience includes working with issues of infertility, pregnancy loss, and family system dynamics. Jill holds a BA in Psychology from Meredith College and a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and she is also a trained EMDR therapist.
