Kayleen Schepper, LCSW, MSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist who understands that taking the step to find a therapist can be overwhelming. She is committed to providing a safe space for self-exploration, change, and healing. Kayleen works with children, teenagers, and adults facing various challenges, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, emotional numbness, undesired behaviors, unhelpful thinking, and interpersonal conflicts. Her trauma-informed, strength-based, compassionate, collaborative, and empowering approach ensures that clients feel seen and supported throughout their journey. With advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children and adolescents, and the Circle of Security Parenting program, Kayleen combines various therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness strategies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative techniques.
