Kati Newsome is a compassionate clinical social worker and therapist, holding an MSW and LCSWA credential, and is also a music therapist (MT-BC). She particularly enjoys supporting helping professionals, such as teachers, nurses, and mental health providers, who are navigating the challenges of burnout and compassion fatigue. Kati employs a trauma-informed and relational approach, recognizing that the therapeutic relationship is essential for clients to achieve their goals. She understands that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience and thus tailors her interventions to meet each client's unique needs. With her own experience as a therapy client, she relates deeply to the courage it takes to open up to someone new.
