Dr. Jeanne Steffen, a licensed psychologist, has made her home in North Carolina since 2018 after moving from the Northwest. She is recognized as a generalist with over 10,000 hours of experience assisting children, adolescents, and adults with a broad spectrum of concerns. Her expertise particularly shines in areas such as trauma, anxiety, enhancing interpersonal relationship dynamics, and performance improvement. Dr. Steffen has a passion for supporting healthcare professionals, athletes, and educators striving for tenure. With a solid academic foundation, including a Biology degree from Boise State University and a PhD from Washington State University, coupled with her clinical internship at Texas A&M, she has also contributed as a clinical faculty member in various universities for over a decade, teaching subjects like multicultural counseling and psychopathology.
