Haley Rognstad is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is deeply passionate about assisting her clients in unlocking their inner wisdom and achieving balance in their lives. She enjoys working with adults of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds. With extensive experience in supporting individuals through trauma and complex trauma—including relational, physical, sexual, and emotional—Haley is also adept at addressing spiritual trauma, childhood trauma, chronic pain, neurodivergence, adult diagnosed/self-diagnosed autism, and challenging life transitions, as well as LGBTQIA+ specific stressors. She provides individual and couples therapy, always prioritizing a supportive, inclusive environment that is queer, poly, and kink friendly. Utilizing a range of modalities, including the Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM), Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Haley’s role is to help clients reach their goals, develop effective coping skills, and enhance their overall quality of life. Life can often feel overwhelming, leading individuals to feel lost or disconnected from loved ones. Sometimes, all one needs is a safe space to express themselves and find a new perspective. Haley looks forward to supporting clients in feeling grounded and moving towards their genuine aspirations.
