Located in Camp Lejeune, NC, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to offering essential food assistance and resources for individuals living with dysphagia. We provide a critical support system that includes food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all aimed at helping low-income individuals manage their dietary needs effectively. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the tools and nourishment they need for a healthier, more comfortable life.
