Diane Fahy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a wealth of experience assisting clients in overcoming the pain of past experiences and memories, helping them to lead happy and productive lives. Through an integrative approach, she empowers individuals to release negative beliefs and behaviors that hinder their best selves, encouraging them to set realistic goals that promote overall mental health and holistic healing for the body, mind, and spirit. Specializing in trauma-related issues, including anxiety, depression, and intrusive memories, Diane utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other evidence-based therapies to help her clients—whether adults, veterans, or first responders—recognize their inner strength and work towards releasing negative thoughts and images. In addition to EMDR, she employs techniques such as Progressive Counting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness interventions. Diane also has experience with children aged 9 and older, guiding them in overcoming fears, phobias, and traumatic memories.
