MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Wentzville, MO, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with tailored solutions to meet their individual needs and preferences. Participants can access a range of services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! system, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while additional options like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are offered for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
