MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Washington, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and provided with personalized referrals to effective weight management options. We offer a variety of accessible services such as group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist with their weight loss journey. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!.
