The Meal Support Program in Warrenton, MO, is dedicated to providing free, accessible, and informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the journey of outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a safe and supportive space for participants to enjoy nutrition while receiving essential guidance. We host meal support sessions four times daily, with two lunch and two dinner options, allowing individuals to attend as many sessions as their schedules permit. Each meal support session is led by nutrition practitioners enrolled in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, working towards their CNS certification, ensuring compassionate, informed assistance. Please note that while our program offers valuable meal support, it is not intended for urgent care or crisis situations. For those in need of immediate help, we encourage you to reach out by texting HEALING to 741741 or calling emergency services.
