MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Warrenton, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran attending VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and has access to a range of tailored weight management services that address individual needs and preferences. Our comprehensive offerings include group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Additionally, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided weight management. For Veterans facing persistent weight challenges, we also offer options like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
