Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Warrenton, MO, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates and educators for a just food system that promotes social, environmental, and economic equity. Through a comprehensive six-month experiential program at the Allegheny Farm Campus, selected Fellows receive tuition-free training in organic farming practices, community gardening, and food literacy. During their fellowship, participants engage directly with regional non-profit organizations to implement innovative initiatives like market-style farming, educational sessions on health, and the development of distribution channels for healthier food access. The program prioritizes hands-on experience, encouraging Fellows to mentor future candidates while actively supporting community food coalitions and farmers markets.
