Lauren Queen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, LPC, NCC) who specializes in supporting adults navigating through their most challenging times. She creates a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where individuals can embark on their journey of personal growth. Lauren has extensive experience working with women aged 18 and older, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationship problems, and spiritual obstacles. As a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, she has a deep understanding of trauma and its intersecting symptoms, including PTSD. Additionally, she employs Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy, adapting her methods to fit each client’s unique needs. While Lauren embraces her role as a Christian counselor, she respects that not all clients share her faith, and she remains open to exploring various spiritual journeys alongside them. Currently, she is in the process of training a therapy dog to enhance her approach. It is Lauren's sincere desire to walk with each client through their struggles as they work towards healing and transformation.
