Meal Support Program

Based in Sullivan, MO, the Meal Support Program provides essential, compassionate meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our innovative approach features live virtual drop-in group meals, offering a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals together while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With four meal support sessions available daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, we aim to accommodate individual schedules and promote healing through community and nutrition. While we prioritize creating supportive meal experiences, please note that this program is not intended for crisis situations; individuals needing immediate help should reach out to emergency services.
