Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program, part of the Springfield-Greene County Health Department, is dedicated to fostering nutritious food habits and providing essential support to low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Through our comprehensive services, we offer vital nutrition education, supplemental food assistance, encouragement for breastfeeding, and referrals to healthcare resources.
