Stephanie Lessmeier

Stephanie Lessmeier is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, NCC) dedicated to helping individuals embrace and love their larger bodies. She understands that the journey toward self-acceptance can be challenging, especially for those who struggle with low self-esteem often associated with body image issues. Many individuals find themselves caught in cycles of self-criticism, excessive dieting, and prioritizing others' needs over their own.
