Julie Humphrey

Julie Humphrey is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist, with MSW and LCSW credentials, who has had the privilege of providing clinical services to individuals across the age spectrum and varied abilities. She understands the importance of fostering a safe and trusting environment, ensuring that her clients feel comfortable throughout their sessions. Julie collaborates with her clients to offer support and equip them to navigate the complex challenges of life, including but not limited to feelings of depression, anxiety, low self-worth, grief, divorce, trauma, family conflict, and parenting difficulties. In her specialized work with children and tweens, she addresses behavioral issues in school and at home, as well as social skills, peer relationships, and impulse control. Julie utilizes play therapy, mindfulness, and integrates diverse modalities such as visual, auditory, tactile, and kinesthetic activities to maximize effectiveness in therapy sessions. As her clients take the courageous step to seek help, Julie's mission is to ensure that their needs are prioritized. She aims to collaboratively develop individual treatment plans, establish goals, and embark on a journey toward healing and restoring balance in their lives.
