MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Saint Ann, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and wellness services. We offer a variety of services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-directed options, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges.
