Mary Martha Abernathy, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), is dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their journey toward healing and restoration. With a focus on pre-teens, adolescents, and adults, she assists clients in facing the challenges of daily life as well as the darker aspects of their past. Mary works with clients dealing with anxiety, self-image issues, self-injury, grief, and trauma. Mary Martha is a graduate of Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, where she earned her Masters in Counseling, and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University in Alabama. Her approach emphasizes the importance of vulnerable and honest interpersonal therapy, creating a safe space for transformation and growth.
