Our Family Support team is committed to providing essential resources and guidance from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring families have access to accurate information and a caring support system. We offer vital services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we assist families with navigating applications and appeals for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
