Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Care in Pleasant Hill, MO, is dedicated to empowering pregnant women, new mothers, and young children by providing essential nutrition assistance and educational support. Our mission is to ensure that low-income families have access to a healthy diet, which is vital for the wellness of both mothers and their infants. Through our comprehensive services, we offer supplemental food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and help in accessing healthcare, all aimed at improving the overall health of mothers and their children. WIC staff are available at the Belton clinic on the 2nd Wednesday and 3rd Tuesday of each month, making it easy for families in our community to seek the vital resources they need for a healthy start.
