At Young at Heart Resources in Maryville, MO, we understand the vital role that nutrition plays in the lives of seniors, especially those facing social isolation due to illness, disability, or limited resources. Our Home-Delivered Meals program focuses on providing nutritious meals right to the doorsteps of older adults, ensuring they receive the sustenance and care they need while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. We welcome donations to support our mission, but they are not a requirement to access our essential food assistance services. Together, we work to combat isolation and promote well-being in our community's older population.
