MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Maryland Heights, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission focuses on systematically screening every Veteran who seeks care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with personalized weight management services tailored to their unique needs. Our comprehensive program offers diverse options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home messaging and clinician support. For Veterans who wish to self-manage, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges after engaging with MOVE! We encourage Veterans interested in our program to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to explore how we can support their journey to better health.
