At the Food Pantry in Maryland Heights, MO, we are dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income families and individuals in need. Our program offers a wide selection of nutritious items, including canned and dry goods, fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, dairy products, and eggs, all aimed at helping alleviate the financial burden of weekly grocery expenses. We invite new clients to register on Wednesdays from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM or by appointment, and offer various registration times throughout the week for food distribution. To ensure seamless access to our emergency food services, new clients are required to bring specific documentation, including a photo ID, proof of household income, and necessary identification for each household member.
