Sheena Slack, a dedicated and experienced licensed therapist, utilizes therapy as a powerful treatment tool to foster personal growth and facilitate meaningful change. Sheena understands that the traditional image of therapy has evolved far beyond lying on a couch and recounting one's deepest secrets. Recognizing that every individual navigates their own struggles, she provides the necessary guidance to help others overcome obstacles and work towards achieving happiness. As a licensed clinical social worker (LSCSW), licensed clinical addiction counselor (LCAC), and Certified Reciprocal Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRAADC), Sheena creates a calm and safe atmosphere where clients can feel comfortable and unjudged on their journey toward mental wellness. Specializing in behavioral health, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, complex trauma, and substance use disorder, she also brings expertise in working with first responders. Additionally, Sheena is EMDR trained and certified to conduct Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) assessments as required by the DOT.
