J. Joseph Fanska is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri, specializing in the therapy needs of adolescents and young adults. With certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), he skillfully employs evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy to address a wide array of challenges, including anxiety, anger management, and issues related to adolescent development and self-esteem. His rich experience encompasses working in various settings, including private practice, inpatient psychiatry, outpatient substance abuse programming for teens, and youth case management.
