The Veterans Outreach Center in Liberty, MO, is dedicated to supporting veterans in the Kansas City metro area with a comprehensive range of vital services. Our commitment encompasses food assistance through food and hygiene kits, ensuring veterans have access to essential resources. We also offer critical support services, including rent and utility assistance, employment resources, and referrals for counseling and housing. Additionally, veterans can access discharge upgrade and military documentation services, all managed through personalized case management. To enhance mobility, we provide free transit with the RideKC Veterans Pass, available exclusively at our Outreach Center. Our mission is to empower veterans with the support they need to thrive in their communities.
