Amber Utter is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their unique life journeys. Amber understands that reaching out can be daunting and requires bravery, which is why she is committed to helping her clients navigate various challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship conflicts. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered yet goal-directed, recognizing that each individual is unique and deserving of a tailored treatment plan. Amber employs a holistic methodology incorporating evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Spiritual Strength-Based Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a trained play therapist and certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, she enjoys working with people of all ages who aspire to achieve positive change. Her welcoming office features a playroom and often includes Alice, her therapy dog in training, providing comfort and support during sessions.
