Emergency Assistance

Located in Lees Summit, MO, the Emergency Assistance Program is dedicated to helping families achieve stability and self-sufficiency in times of need. We provide essential food assistance to ensure families receive vital nutrition while also offering support for non-emergency medical needs such as prescriptions and eyeglasses. Our program addresses housing crises by assisting with rent or mortgage payments to prevent eviction or foreclosure, and we help families facing utility shut-offs with essential utility payments. We also aid individuals in obtaining necessary identification documents and offer clothing and personal hygiene items to those in need. Additionally, we support families with children by providing school supplies and resources at the beginning of the school year, as well as Christmas gifts and meals during the holiday season. Our mission is to empower families with the resources they need to move forward and thrive.
