Community Assistance

Community Assistance is dedicated to uplifting low-income women and families in the Lees Summit area of Missouri by providing essential resources and compassionate support. Our organization offers a wide range of services, including food assistance, clothing, household items, furniture, utility support, and school uniforms, helping families navigate challenging times with dignity. During the holiday season, we extend our support with Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance, ensuring families can celebrate with warmth and joy. We focus on whole-person care through case management and create opportunities for personal growth, including incentives and Bible study sessions. At Community Assistance, we believe in fostering hope and resilience within the Kansas City community.
