Located in Lebanon, MO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by offering essential food assistance tailored to their specific dietary needs. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for low-income individuals by providing crucial items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We aim to create a caring and accessible environment where those affected by swallowing difficulties can find the support they need to maintain proper nutrition and health.
