REALITIES Program

The REALITIES Program in Lake Saint Louis, MO, is dedicated to empowering individuals by providing up to 12 hours of individualized supportive services each week. Our mission is to assist qualified participants in navigating life’s challenges through a variety of essential services. We offer menu planning ideas to promote healthier living, help with roommate and house searches, and limited transportation assistance. Additionally, we support individuals in managing their healthcare by aiding with doctor visits and medication tracking. Our comprehensive approach includes advocacy, case management, budgeting strategies, and bill payment problem-solving, ensuring that our clients receive the tailored support they need for a more stable and fulfilling life.
