Tara Hoppe is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, SEP) with eight years of experience, dedicated to guiding individuals through their personal journeys. Recognizing that the search for the right therapist can be daunting, Tara strives to create a space where clients feel truly seen and heard. Her commitment to fostering a non-judgmental and accepting environment allows individuals to explore their emotions vulnerably and compassionately. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Tara employs a neuro-biologically focused approach aimed at restoring clients' authentic selves, promoting self-regulation, wholeness, and a revitalized sense of aliveness.

In her practice, she provides individual therapy tailored to teens, adults, and elders, addressing challenges such as trauma, PTSD, attachment issues, abandonment, grief, displacement, eating disorders, codependency, and addictions. Tara is well-versed in various therapeutic modalities, including Sound Healing, EMDR, Expressive Arts, and Trauma-Focused therapy, among others.
