The Ida Mae Patterson Center for Maternal and Infant Wellness, located in Kearney, MO, is dedicated to fostering healthy pregnancies and supporting families through our innovative Community-Embedded Group Prenatal Care. Rooted in the principles of the Village Circle Approach™, we provide culturally affirming clinical care specifically for African-American childbearing individuals and others, emphasizing perinatal education, informed consent, and community nurturing. Our supportive cohorts allow pregnant clients to access essential resources and share experiences in a safe environment, combating the harmful effects of racism often seen in conventional prenatal care.
