Jeremy Case is a licensed professional counselor (MA, LPC) with extensive experience working with individuals of all age groups, particularly specializing in adolescents and adults. He has a profound commitment to assisting those grappling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD/VAST, trauma, sleep difficulties, stress, and spirituality/religion, among other concerns. Jeremy proudly serves the youth and adult members of the LGBTQ+ community as an LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapist, emphasizing inclusivity and understanding in his practice. Licensed in Oklahoma and Missouri, he provides telehealth services to residents of both states. Jeremy employs a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, he integrates energy healing techniques such as Reiki, being a certified Reiki Master, and offers spiritual counseling as an Ordained Minister by the Universal Life Church.
