MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Joplin, MO, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management solutions. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to appropriate services, ensuring access to a range of options that meet their individual preferences. Participants can benefit from group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! service that provides in-home support and clinician contact. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers valuable tools to aid their journey. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may require further assistance.
