Community Assistance is dedicated to uplifting low-income women and families in Independence, MO, and the greater Kansas City area through comprehensive support services. Our mission is to provide essential budget relief by offering food assistance, clothing, housewares, furniture, utility help, school uniforms, and baby supplies. We understand the immediate needs of our community, especially during the holiday season, which is why we offer special Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance to ensure every family can celebrate. Additionally, our program includes personalized case management, incentives for participation, and opportunities to engage in Bible study, fostering a supportive environment where families can thrive.
