Food Bank

Located in Hazelwood, MO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that those facing swallowing difficulties can access the nutrition and care they need to improve their quality of life. We invite community members to visit us for assistance and to learn more about our programs designed to empower individuals and foster well-being.
