Kristi Schlegel

Kristi Schlegel, a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience as an educator and an additional decade providing community-based services, brings a unique and global perspective to therapy. She understands the complexities of life challenges, including secondary infertility, miscarriage, the loss of a parent, and various life transitions. Kristi elegantly supports diverse family structures—whether heterosexual, same-sex, grandparent-led, solo parent, nuclear, or extended families. Her mission is to foster an accepted, validated, and safe environment for her clients while empowering them with hope and practical tools for their journeys. Kristi specializes in working with adults and teens facing postpartum issues, fertility challenges, anxiety, depression, personal crises, trauma, self-esteem and empowerment, relationship issues, parenting support, and grief and loss.
