Food Pantry

Located in Columbia, MO, the Catholic Charities Food Pantry is a welcoming grocery-style pantry designed to empower individuals and families by allowing them to choose their food items based on personal preference and need. Open four days a week with convenient evening hours, we strive to meet the essential nutritional needs of our community. Our client-choice model not only fosters independence but also caters to diverse dietary requirements. To shop, participants must set up a membership that allocates monthly shopping points based on household size and ages of members, ensuring a tailored experience. Our doors are open Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-7 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., with the first Saturday of each month reserved for our Mobile Pantry. We encourage early arrivals for in-person visits to avoid long lines, or members can conveniently place orders online and select a pick-up time. Serving 38 counties in Central and Northern Missouri, we are dedicated to connecting those in need with available food assistance and resources.
