Fit-Tastic Program

The Fit-Tastic Program in Columbia, MO is a free initiative dedicated to supporting WIC families with children aged 2 to 4.5 years. Our mission is to promote healthy lifestyles by encouraging increased physical activity and a greater intake of fruits, vegetables, water, milk, and yogurt, while also helping families reduce recreational screen time. We believe in nurturing the well-being of our children through engaging and practical activities, making healthy choices easier and more accessible for families in our community.
