Elise Ringenberg, a licensed professional counselor (MA, LPC, BC-DMT), is dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, chronic pain, and depression. She specializes in assisting children who find it difficult to adjust to new life circumstances and need help with emotional regulation. As a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in training, Elise integrates verbal therapy with dance/movement therapy (DMT), somatic experiencing (SE), mindfulness, play, and expressive arts. By tapping into these intuitive modes of expression, she fosters enhanced self-awareness and personal growth.
