New American Club

The New American Club (NAC) in Ypsilanti, MI, is dedicated to supporting older adults who are foreign-born by providing a comprehensive geriatric psychosocial support program. We offer a wide range of essential services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, including case management, social services, housing referrals, emergency financial assistance, and burial services assistance. Our team is here to help with transportation, interpretation and translation services, and guidance on immigration and naturalization issues. We also provide educational opportunities, such as English as a Second Language classes and culturally enriching programs. Our meals-on-wheels referrals and friendly home visits ensure that our seniors stay connected and nourished. Additionally, NAC facilitates therapeutic group participation and offers short- and long-term counseling, as well as health education resources. Intake services are available in both English and Russian to ensure that all individuals can access the support they need.
