Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals in Ypsilanti, MI, through our Home Delivered Meals program. We provide Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the specific nutrient needs of clients facing various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully prepared to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safe and nutritious options. N4L serves clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act, as well as those who choose our self-pay program for convenient meal delivery. With meals priced at $7.75 each, we aim to make healthy eating accessible and customizable for everyone. In addition, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support holistic dietary needs.
