Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in West Bloomfield, MI, is dedicated to providing essential home delivered meals and medically tailored meal options for those in need. We prioritize the health and well-being of our clients by offering nutrient-rich meals created by a Registered Dietitian, catering to various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our program supports clients eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals and caregivers seeking self-pay options. Each meal is designed to meet strict dietary requirements, being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. If you have a case manager or are unsure of your eligibility, we encourage you to contact your Medicaid provider or local Area Agency on Aging for guidance. For those interested in self-pay options, meals are accessible for only $7.75 each, with a flat shipping fee. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, which may be covered by certain insurance plans.
