Robin Mucaria, an experienced counselor with a Master's degree and credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), understands that during these unprecedented times of change and uncertainty, many are facing challenges they never imagined. As a practitioner of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), she has achieved remarkable results in helping clients heal from traumas related to abuse, violence, fear, and loss. Her sessions, typically lasting between 60 and 90 minutes, are tailored to the individual’s unique circumstances and history of trauma, which helps determine the number of sessions required. Robin’s office is a sanctuary of safety and comfort, where her goal is to nurture the mind, body, and spirit through gentle healing and self-awareness.
