Mark David Strubler, a Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, LPC, NCC), understands how difficult it can be to keep moving forward when one feels stuck in life, whether due to relationship challenges, job dissatisfaction, or overwhelming thoughts. Many individuals may find themselves turning to various coping mechanisms such as alcohol, food, gaming, or other distractions to escape their feelings. However, Mark views this as not an end, but rather a beginning—a chance to rewrite the story of one's life. Through a collaborative process, he works with clients to develop a personalized plan and actionable steps to help them become the connected, clear, and courageous individuals they aspire to be, aligned with their newly defined values. His practice primarily focuses on Men's Issues, utilizing a trauma-informed approach to tackle challenges such as addictions (both behavioral and substance), anxiety, depression, health and wellness, spirituality across diverse practices and backgrounds, and PTSD. An EMDR Certified therapist, Mark enjoys integrating EMDR with Internal Family Systems—a powerful combination for healing. He welcomes aspiring clients to reach out and engage in a conversation about their journey toward seeking help and envisioning the life they desire after therapy.
