Located in Troy, MI, Open Door’s Client-Choice Food Pantry is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to men, women, children, and seniors who are facing economic challenges. Our mission is to ensure that individuals and families have access to nutritious food and personal care items, serving everyone from low-income families and single parents to unemployed individuals and disabled veterans. We distribute groceries to those struggling to meet their basic needs, all while fostering an environment of care and respect that welcomes individuals regardless of race, color, or religion. With a focus on practical support, clients can receive food and necessary items on a monthly basis, supported by clear documentation requirements to ensure equitable access. In response to COVID-19, we are currently offering a safe drive-up food distribution service. By providing a voucher for our resale store, we further assist families in need.
